These Resell Terms & Conditions govern the rules and permissions for reselling products purchased from WpTemplatesHub.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing and using our products for resale purposes, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. License Type

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold on WpTemplatesHub.com are provided under a Standard License, which does NOT allow reselling.

Reselling rights are only granted when a product is clearly labeled as:

2. Resell Rights Explained

a) Resell Rights (RR)

  • You can resell the product to end customers
  • You cannot pass resell rights to your buyers
  • You cannot modify or claim ownership

b) Master Resell Rights (MRR)

  • You can resell the product
  • You can allow your customers to resell it further
  • You cannot claim original authorship

c) Private Label Rights (PLR)

  • You can modify, rebrand, and customize the product
  • You can sell it under your own brand
  • You may claim authorship after modification (where allowed)

3. Restrictions

Even with resell rights, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling products for free or at extremely low prices that harm market value
  • Uploading products on free download sites, torrents, or piracy platforms
  • Sharing products in WhatsApp/Telegram groups or similar channels
  • Claiming WpTemplatesHub as your own brand or removing original credits (unless PLR allows)
  • Using products in a way that directly competes with WpTemplatesHub

4. Pricing Guidelines

To maintain product value and brand reputation, resellers are encouraged to:

  • Avoid underpricing or dumping products
  • Maintain reasonable pricing aligned with market standards
  • Not sell products below a minimum ethical value

(Optional: You may set minimum resale pricing internally if needed)

5. Product Delivery Responsibility

If you resell any product:

  • You are responsible for customer support
  • You must ensure proper delivery to your buyers
  • WpTemplatesHub will not provide support to your customers

6. No Ownership Transfer

Purchasing a product from WpTemplatesHub does not grant ownership. You are only granted a license based on the rights provided (RR, MRR, or PLR).

All original rights remain with WpTemplatesHub or respective creators.

7. Violation of Terms

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Revoke your license immediately
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Take legal action if necessary

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Resell Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
